The KETTLEBELL CLUB is EXPRESS ‘Next Level’! It’s taking the classic 20-minute Express workout model we have done for over a decade and added the strength training component.

The KC follows a weekly training schedule of two EXPRESS workouts and one KC STRENGTH workout each week.
