Back-To-School Workout

This workout is designed and dedicated to everyone who is ramping up for Back-To-School season! If you are a teacher or a busy mom, busy dad who is balancing dropping the kids off at school, getting ready for work and finding it difficult to get your own workout in, then this is for you.

It’s a LITERAL four-minute workout using a template known as Tabata Intervals.  Here’s what you need for this quick hitter:

1- Go to Spotify or the iTunes store and search for a Tabata track.  Just search ‘Tabata’ and you’ll find a host of options.  This will automate your workout because you can simply push play and the track will tell you exactly what to do.

2- You’ll need a single, closed-loop resistance band.  I recommend the ones from resistancebandtraining.com.
