PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
THE ULTIMATE RAPID FAT LOSS TRAINING SYSTEM! Go from ground-zero to super-hero with these 60 legendary & progressive at-home full-body follow-along workouts using bodyweight, dumbbell, resistance band & med ball exercises. This program is designed to help busy parents & professionals burn fat, boost metabolism & maximize mobility. There are 6 new workouts each month, 3 of them being bodyweight and the other 3 using minimal equipment. You do 3 sessions/week with at least 48 hours between sessions. Each routine lasts 20 minutes and every month the workouts get harder to prevent plateaus and keep your body moving in the right direction. There is also a mid-year review in June and an end-of-year review in December for built-in progress tracking.
